Since 1949, we have set the industry standard for safety and quality excellence in specialty services contracting. Gagnon’s company values of safety, quality, and reliability run deep. All of our employees are carefully vetted for their commitment to safety.
Our employees attend mandatory OSHA 10 training annually and over 80 percent of workers take OSHA 30 training every 3 years.

Gagnon holds the highest standards of insurance and bonding with capabilities of 5 million/single project and 10 million aggregate.

A Commitment to Safety
The work we do at Gagnon is only possible because of the experience, training, and resources that most of our competitors lack. Gagnon’s Safety Director ensures all our employees attend the mandatory OSHA and MSHA training annually. Our scaffold builders meet or exceed the required 40 hours of specialized scaffolding certification in addition to the mandatory OSHA training.
We encourage our employees to take advantage of specialized industry training, such as API 936 and NIA insulation energy appraiser certifications.
